Why visit Gibraltar from Sevilla

A long day trip but doable. Sevilla is grand and elaborate; Gibraltar is the opposite, a tiny pocket of British humour stuck on the bottom of Andalucia. The contrast is the point.

Sevilla 7am, Gibraltar by 10. Take a taxi tour up the Rock (the cable car is closed for refurbishment), focus on the apes, the Skywalk and the views. Lunch at Casemates, walk Main Street, last bus 7pm. Back in Sevilla by 10pm.
